Whiz kid Rick, crafty Olivia and sporty X*ier form a top-secret special ops team in a fictitious state. Their initials form the acronym of their secret weapon, ROX, a talking race-car with Bond-like gadgets. The grim colonel gives the team various assignments to fight crime. Failure is not an option.
